BSA Gateway 2 Approval

Kingsland Road is a mixed use building in Hackney.

At the end of last year, the project received Building Safety Regulator Gateway2 approval in just 13 weeks.

It will deliver 120 co-living apartments, workspace, commercial space and resident amenities including a gym and roof garden, all within 300m of Haggerston Overground station.

We are the Landscape Architects for the project, helping to secure the fastest Gateway 2 approval on record.
