Lichen Studio are working to deliver the development of 305 Kingsland Road in Haggerston, London Borough of Hackney.

The plans will transform the 0.2-hectare vacant site into a high-quality residential building, delivering 180 residential co-living apartments with a variety of shared amenity spaces for residents, including a gym, co-working spaces, and roof gardens.

The landscape design knits the building into the existing street scene of Kingsland Road and contributes to urban greening & biodiversity gains with a series of roof gardens and green roofs, overlooking Kingsland Basin to the west.
