Lichen Studio are appointed by Scape Living to develop a landscape strategy for 22 Kingsway, in the London Borough of Westminster.

The PBSA development, involves the refurbishment and two-storey extension of an existing office to create a nine-storey, 375-unit student accommodation scheme with premium amenity spaces, retail units and roof terraces.

The site is situated in a prestigious location, to the east of Kingsway and north of The Strand.

This development will use of part of basement and ground to seventh floor as student accommodation and two retail units at ground level and construction of a two storey vertical extension providing further student accommodation with roof terraces for external amenity, with skyline view over the city.
