Lichen Studio is working with Standard Securities & TP Bennett to deliver 409 Kennington Road, a purpose built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Kennington.

The site is located opposite the historic Kennington Park on the prominent corner of Kennington Park Road and Kennington Road, in The London Borough of Lambeth.

The site lies in-between Kennington and Oval stations on the Northern Line, and is a few hundred meters of Surrey County Cricket Club’s stadium, The Oval.

Urban Greening and biodiversity enhancement is created through the introduction of street trees, ornamental planting & biodiverse green roofs for wildlife habitat.
