Rowhook Forest School

Lichen Studio is working with a forest school provider to create an immersive, nature-centered learning environment for children, in a woodland setting. Our design includes outdoor classrooms, play areas, and quiet zones to foster exploration, creativity, and hands-on learning.

The design emphasises natural materials and includes accessible pathways to ensure all children can engage with the natural environment. By connecting children directly with nature, the space encourages curiosity, environmental stewardship, and holistic development.

This Forest School aims to inspire a lifelong bond with the natural world while supporting children’s academic and personal growth.
