We are appointed to develop a landscape strategy for Canada Street, Block C, a Co-Living development in the London Borough of Southwark, as part of the wider Canada Water Masterplan.
The project involves a new build ‘co-living’ building with a co-working space and café at ground floor level, with residential units on the upper floors, which will be delivered under Scape Living’s ‘Morro’ brand.
The building will have two roof gardens for residents and a green bio-solar roof, as well as public realm to the frontage along Printworks Street, Mulberry Walk and Green Street.
