Canada Street

Lichen Studio are appointed by Scape Living to develop a landscape strategy in collaboration with Stephen Marshall Urbanism for Canada Street, Block C, a ‘co-living’ development in the London Borough of Southwark, as part of the wider Canada Water Masterplan.

The project involves a new build ‘co-living’ building with a co-working space and café at ground floor level, with residential units on the upper floors, which will be delivered under Scape Living’s ‘Morro’ brand.

The building will have 2no. external amenity terraces for residents at level 13 and a green (bio-solar roof), as well as public realm to the frontage along Printworks Street, Mulberry Walk and Green Street.
