Manor House

The Manor House is a grade II listed building in Weston Turville, Buckinghamshire. The site is a scheduled ancient monument with a historic motte and bailey castle at it’s centre.

Our vision is to rejuvenate the gardens and grounds of the Manor House to be befitting and congruous with the historic significance of the site. The landscape will provide enjoyment and delight to residents, who wish to shape the Manor House’s sense of place, as the latest stewards of the property.

The masterplan will take inspiration from the surrounding landscape of the Chiltern Hills & the fertile soils defining the historic agricultural use of the Aylesbury Vale. We propose to layer the landscape within the masterplan, bringing the scale down from the surrounding macro landscape of the AONB and agricultural land, to the more human scale within the gardens of the Manor House.
